Read the terms of service and shipping and return guides

You people are not satisfied because you did not take the time to read their terms and services of the website. It explains everything in detail. When i first joined i understood their their terms services, i knew i was going to get charged $35.95 each month if i did not hit skip. You have to hit skip every 5th day of the month so they won't charge you. Even if you did get charged that amount, it converts to credits that you can use for the future if you want to buy a pair. VIP means that you get more deals and discounts than just a regular subscription member. I am very satisfied with my shoes, have gotten a lot of complements. It was easy to return the shoes i didn't want and they return my money into credit points which was perfect cause that way i could use those in the future.

You are right. I just got off of the phone with them even though right now it is 10:45 PM.

You have to go to your Boutique to cancel every month. I skipped this month, or so I thought I did, and they charged me $39.95. When I got on the phone they could tell that I was aware of their terms and services because I have been skipping the past few months. The customer service rep was very nice and very informal.

You have to read their terms and services which is accessible on the site.

You also need to be patient, as you need to be with any other company.

I skipped last month on the 1st, then decided to cancel my account, my card was charged almost $50 in Mexico. They sell your info.

Look, i like to try these monthly deals and all that but seriously just fab has deal but you are not allowed to used the money they charge your account. Which is bull *** why would they even have it set up this way its frustrating and i just cancelled my account.

I will not continue with them... I don't understand why charge me monthly but i cant use that i have to spend more to receive the "special Offers" they claim to have. They need to change this and let us use our dame money for the products we want to purchase. Also, i HATE some of the clothing materials...

do they get this fabric from the dollar store or what?

its just so cheap feeling and paying a *** for...

I've been seeing the add on tv about JUstFab having shoes for £35 so I decided to order to two pairs of shoes. I recently realised that they've been taking £35 from my account every month from January. I've tried to call them and tell them to stop, but the number provided would not let me through. I do not want to be charged for a membership I did not want, I want my money back!

I am only trying to cancel my subscription. I've had it for over a year. They say 24/7 service. I never can get an agent on the phone or in livechat. Awful customer service. I get they want money but i dont have time to remember to skip every month. I just don't. This needs to be addressed. So sick of this. That, or hire people that can do their job..

JustFab DO NOT DO IT

After buying shoes with Justfab they set you up with this VIP account. Now that I have two credits with them of $39.99 dollars each. I cannot use that with the deals they have only for regular price shoes and whatever else they sell on their website. And now for some reason I don't see any nice shoes my size. Why are they not stocking up so that I will buy shoes. All the shoes I want are out of stock.. Weird thing is I had so many choices until I got the credits. The shoes are ok but not good and will get either worn out quick or the bottom part separates from the shoe part after 2 to 3 months. I wish I could get my credits back since there is absolutely nothing I like so conveniently yet I am a VIP and they supposedly know my style and size.

Keep charges on my bill after cancel

I have cancel this account month ago. What do I have to do to cancel. DO I need a Lawyer? I have justfab to cancel. I am still been charge on my credit card. I have people who was on three way listen on the line. but I am still been charge it month. Capitalone was on the one with us. Ihave a new card and justfab still charge on that one. I have talk to a laywer. HE said to call you. I did. SOMEONE just put the telephone and didn't call me back. I just want to cancel my membership all together. Stop been charge on credit card Justfab. Am afraid my partner was scammed as with everyone else, took £35 a month from my account for over a year (I believed it was a bill), DO NOT USE, I have been unable to get refund from them, they don't follow complaints procedure, they refused to liaise with an ombudsman service, and neglected to pay me back eventhough we made 1 purchase of £15 and have never even logged on to the site. My only choice is reporting to trading standards and small claims court which I am in the middle of, for the sake of £455 they can have the bad publicity and court!

I have to admit I have a few pairs of JustFab boots that I love but I would never purchase from this site again. I am not sure if JUST FAB is aware that the call center they hired is rude, unprofessional and immature. I have called several times to try and get issues resolved and they person who answers the phone will hang up, laugh or say they will call me back. I have come to the realization that this site is a scam and we should all cancel our accounts and get new credit cards as they will steal your money even if the account was closed. JUSTFAB IS ANYTHING BUT FAB!

I can't believe they can get away with this. I would never have signed up to a monthly subscription with them.

I only noticed it when I was looking through my paypal account 6 months after I had bought boots from them for £15 (which were awful quality, not like the picture but it was so complicated sending them back that I didn't bother, so I was hardly going to subscribe to them knowingly!). They gave me a 50% refund on the money they had stole from me. I said I was going to report them to Trading Standards and was recording the call and they said I was acting illegally and hung up on me!

Scammers with stolen credit card info

This continues with no action from the BBB. I called them and they said to look up my account, that i don't have nor authorized, they would need the first 6 numbers of my credit card and the last 4 numbers of the card as well. When I told my bank this they said DO NOT GIVE THEM THAT INFORMATION. They did this somehow on my Bank debit card that I only use at point of purchase. My bank sent me forms to fill out, notarize and then return with so they can open an investigation. Is there anyone who can stop this??? Google shows a rash of years of abuse by them yet they still operate.

VIP membership is a trap ! don't do it!

I've been charged of US$39.95 each month since my first purchase as part of the VIP membership. The process is unclear and in fact if you don't "skip the month" between the 1st and 5th of the month, your credit card is automatically charged. It is unbelievable!!!! I've asked to speak to a managing director with no success. They are proposing me to make a new purchase of US$39.95 in compensation of all the memberships that I lost. Their customer service is absolutely not complying with the customer needs and are not flexible (same as Shoedazzle).
