This site scammed me. After visiting the site due to seeing their advertisements everywhere online, I took advantage of a really good deal for shoes which I intended to be a one time thing. During the checkout process, I was offered the option to sign up for a VIP membership where I would be charged 40 dollars a month toward shoes, which I intentionally, after reading about the membership, declined. Nowhere on the site did I see that taking advantage of the deal I used to get the inexpensive shoes would automatically sign me up for this program. If this was the case, I would have expected a clear explanation before checkout, not an 'OPT OUT' option that would not be honored once the shoes were purchased. On top of that, I was supposed to have received an email notifying me that I had until the 5th of the next month to opt out of the $40 VIP automatic credit, which I also did not receive. I didn't even know I was enrolled in this program until the NEXT month when I DID receive such an email and had already been charged $40.

Seeing what had happened I called customer service who ignored my dissatisfaction and outrage, telling me I HAD signed up for this program and if I chose to cancel my account I would forfeit my $40 credit. I got off the phone with the unhelpful snide woman and she apparently canceled my account based on some dissatisfied comment I made, which again, I did not know about. I also got on a chat with a customer service person who said they couldn't help me I would have to call. So I sent an email. I received no response.

I'm am disgusted by the tactics of this site and their customer service. What I will say is that the shoes I received were of decent quality for the price, although they obviously ended up costing more than I originally thought. Oh and I was able to reactivate my account getting back the 40$ towards shoes. I don't need any more shoes, I need my money. But at least they didn't flat out steal it from me.

I've been scamed for 7 months of payments which is ยฃ245 and they will only refund me 4 months! Going to take legal action!!

Wow! So, I'm not the only!

I just hung up with my bank and had a stop payment put on their recurring payment. I had no idea that I would have $40 taken out of my account each month when I bought ONE pair of shoes. This place is a joke. It took seven phone calls (one of them I was blatantly hung up on) to get through to someone who could finally reverse the payment and put the money back into my account.

However, when I tried to call them back to remove my card information once my money was back in my checking account, they never answered the phone. So, I decided to take it to my bank, thankfully they were able to help me out.

It's too bad this company is such a hassle, I love my boots that I bought from them and would totally buy more. Unfortunately, all the stress and frustration isn't worth it for me.

They did the same to me, except I couldn't afford the auto withdrawal anymore so I called to cancel the account. They have obviously canceled my account entirely, j can't even log on BUT THEYRE STILL WITHDRAWING MY MONEY.

I must be on a "don't answer" list, because they aren't answering the phone no matter how many times I call or wait.

I am extremely pissed off because they have withdrawn almost $200 without my knowing. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SITE AT ALL.

The website is a *** joke!

ยฃ50 in phone bills, taken ยฃ35 from my account on 2 occasions, advised they cancelled my account and still take my money!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE CONNING BASTARDS!!

Justfab.com is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! Everything will seem fine AT FIRST-- until you try to cancel your membership with them.

I had to scream at the lady on the phone because she REFUSED to cancel my account. Then they will lie and say it's canceled, but all of your info is still stored in their site and they wont remove it even if you ask. If you try to Live chat with someone they will just DISCONNECT on you. RUDE.

I had to call my bank and have my card blocked and sent out a new one just in case these *** try something SKETCHY!!!!!!! :(

I had a similar issue with them. I purchased the shoes, and entered the wrong address thus tipping off my CC of fraud.

Then JustFab charged me 4 times for $1 refunding it two days later and doing it again two days later with a refund one day later. That freaked out m credit card company too. The night after I purchased the shoes (which I ended up using a gift card to purchase), I had a charge to Walmart.com of $105. I was driving and not shopping at the time of that purchase.

Then I noticed that my credit card was charged for the shoes as well as my gift card. They stole money from me, allowed my personal and credit card information to be stolen, and made my bank freak out about several small purchases.

I have since asked them to delete my account. We will see how that goes.

Called for my wife who got involved in this scam 2 years ago. I am now on call #2 for them to send me written confirmation of account cancellation.

Why is it so hard to give written confirmation? Netflix does it and you can cancel online...

If call #3 does not send a written confirmation in 2 weeks, they are getting the bejesus sued out of them. Ladies beware and get everything in writing!

The same thing happened to me! I called customer service, was told they wouldn't refund me, so I posted a calm, non-profane post about it on their facebook wall.

Then they blocked me from their facebook page!

How unprofessional! This place is so shady its unreal.

Once you give your credit card information.

You should call and cancel your card. The company should be investigated and the owners should be put in jail.

Same thing happened to me again. I just noticed that they've been charging after 3 months.

I called my CC to dispute the charges and they advised me to call the merchant first. So I called JustFab to inquire about the charges and they told me that I signed up for a program. so I said I don't remember signing up for a program and even recalled that I opted out of that VIP program they offer when you check-out. The girl, named Ashley, told me that I have 2 options: a.

use the credits that I have amounting to $119.85 and then cancel the account; b. she will refund the amount but would like me to give JustFab another chance by just going to the website every month to skip the payment. I told her, I don't want neither of the options and would just like to cancel my account. She said, if I cancel my account, I cannot refund the charges.

What?????? so I did a hissy fit and Ashley just keeps repeating herself and starts talking garbage. I don't even want to go on details as it is draining the energy out of me. This is totally a SCAM.

And I agree with the word used --- TACTICS -- For them not to explain that part of charging their buyers automatically every month even if they opted-out of the VIP program. Yes, you can go to your account before the 5th of every month so they won;t charge you but who would have the time to do that? So anyway, I called AMEX and they handled my dispute request really well.

They've blocked IBI JustFab.com as a merchant as well and will not be allowed to charge any further charges.

Don't even bother with exchanges. They are completely useless.

I've called and used live chat probably 8 times trying to figure out one thing that they just can't seem to get right.

After this I'm cancelling my account. Just not worth it.

I also wanted to take advantage of the $19.95 special offer to first time shoppers. I did not agree, sign up for or otherwise consent to a recurrent monthly charge of $39.95.

When going through my monthly bank statement I noticed the charge of $39.95 x2 months. A lot of family issues happened in October and my attention was elsewhere. When I called I got a cs rep "Angelica" who didn't want to listen to my firm request to have my "VIP" membership and request for a refund. She told me "no refund" and offered to credit me for two pair of shoes, BUT I couldn't cancel my VIP membership to get the two pairs of shoes.

I told I was not interested! She didn't want to take no for an answer. I told her I was going to take legal action and dispute with my bank. She continued her sales pitch.

I continued to say no cancel this membership. I know that I did not sign up for a membership, especially a recurrent fee automatically withdrawn from my account. I don't do auto withdrawal on anything.Angelica finally cancelled my membership, so she said. What a bunch of BS for a pair of *** boots.

If I don't get my money back they will cost me $90!! No more online shopping for me.

Cash only purchases in person only. JustFab is a huge scam.
