TRASH COURIER

Lasership delivered my package a block away from where its suppose to be in front of a random persons garage door. Just ridiculous. I wasted $60 bucks. Never ordering from them again. I just hope the people were nice enough to deliver it to me themselves and not steal it. Its size 12WW shoes :(

User's recommendation: Don’t even do it. Especially if you live in Florida specifically the Fort Lauderdale area. They use lasership. Nightmare company.

I am trying to cancel vip for $49.95 and jeep getting new number to call.

I want to cancel from VIP. The monthly charging of $49.95 monthly if you do not order or forgot to cancel it for the month has gotten very costly for me. I want to cancel.

Resolved: Charged after skipped service for the month.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The number listed on Google was incorrect and once I located the correct phone number, I was issued a full refund and given an apology for the glitch..

I called and was told by the IVR to call inside business hours, and they're supposed to be available 24/7.
